Terms and Conditions:
As a shopper of this site you agree to the following terms and conditions. All merchandise available on this site may contain a limited liability and a warranty. Tupelo Honey will not assume responsibility for damaged or faulty goods after the 14-day return period has passed. We will make every effort to assist you if a manufacturing defect has occurred via return authorization number but will not be responsible for the shipping and handling.

Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase you may return the item under the following guidelines:
  •  All returns must be sent back with original price tags attached, in original sellable condition, free of pet hair, cigarette smoke and stains.
  •  All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
  •  All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Any returns after this time will not be honored.
  •  We do not refund shipping charges.
  •  We are not responsible for any damages that may occur during care of the item, such as dry cleaning or washing.

Please be advised that items that do not conform to the above guidelines are not returnable.

Exchanges:
If you choose to exchange an item for another color or size, email us or call us to make sure the new item is available. We will hold the item until your piece is returned. We only exchange if all criteria is met from above. We will ship the exchange at our expense.

How to Return Merchandise:
Before sending the item back to us, you have to email us at returns@tupelohoneyshop.com for a return authorization number. We will email you the necessary forms to be filled out and these documents must be retuned with your goods and the RA# needs to be on the outside of the box in the upper right hand corner. If you send the items back without receiving the RA# or after the 14 day deadline, you will not be credited for your purchase and we will not be held responsible for returning the item to you. By receiving the RA#, is not a guarantee that you will receive a refund if your item does not meet the return criteria mentioned above. Please ship what returns you may have by choosing Fedex, UPS or USPS. Be sure to insure your package and retain the tracking number as Tupelo Honey is not responsible for lost or damaged boxes in route to or location.  No COD (Cash/Check on Delivery) packages will be accepted. Your return will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt. We will issue a refund on the credit card originally used for the purchase.

Shipping Fees:
All US orders are shipped via UPS, Fed Ex or USPS and will be insured. You can expect delivery within 10 business days.
International shipping must be arranged with customer service. Shipping charges do not include taxes or duties and if any arise they are the customerís responsibility.
